Shipping Policy

Össur is committed to delivering your purchases quickly and efficiently. Please allow for up to 2 Business Days processing time prior to shipping. Freight quotes and delivery times will be provided at checkout. Holiday restrictions may apply.

Our shipping carrier is UPS. A tracking number will be provided to the email address you supplied at check-out when the product ships. Please reference the tracking information for delivery questions. Össur cannot be held responsible for any packages lost or stolen through UPS. In the event your package does not arrive, please contact and we will assist in locating your package. Össur will only fulfill orders in the United States and cannot ship overseas. We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding addresses. If this is an urgent order that you need immediately, please call first for availability (800) 982-1028.

Please double-check your "Ship To" information when placing an order. We will not refund your order or shipping charges for a wrong address on your part.

Shipping to a Military Code may cause additional delays. Free shipping is for the Continental United States only.

Return Policy

Before returning any Össur product for exchange, credit, or refund, please contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 982-1028 or fill out the request form here to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee.

Please inspect all orders immediately upon receipt. In the event items were ordered or shipped in error, you must notify the Customer Service Department for a RA number. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition within 90 days. Customers will be responsible for paying for return shipping fees unless the authorized return is due to a defect in the product or damage in shipping; in such cases, Customer Service may authorize product replacement and refund of any prior shipping costs.

In the event that Össur modifies its return policy/timeframe for returns, it will post the new standards on the Össur website. Össur’s website is the controlling authority for all return policy/timeframe issues.

Össur will not issue a credit or replace any products returned to Össur that are not in new or saleable condition. The determination about whether returned products are new or saleable will be made by Össur at Össur’s sole discretion. Altered, discontinued, or custom-made items are not returnable.
